Free dashboard vs. Excel template

Pick what fits how you actually work.

Why sellers use it

The work it saves you every time you check your shop.

Most Etsy CSVs need an hour of cleaning before they tell you anything useful. The dashboard does the cleaning. You read the answer.
i.

Know which listings are actually carrying the shop.

Top products ranked by revenue, with the share-of-shop concentration that tells you whether you have one hit or a real catalog.

ii.

See estimated net revenue after fees — not Etsy's gross.

Etsy shows you the gross. The dashboard subtracts platform fees so you see what you actually kept. The Excel template goes further: add your own expenses, tax set-aside, and custom fee rates.

iii.

Stop hand-cleaning the same CSV every month.

Drop the export in once. Get the full picture — revenue, top products, trend charts, best day — without typing a single formula.

A note from the maker

"I built MiradorLabs after watching too many small Etsy shops drown in CSVs they couldn't read. The Excel template is the first thing I shipped. The Web Dashboard is what I'm building next — and you can help shape what it does."

Pick anything useful enough you'd pay for it. The Web Dashboard is the next product I'm building — pricing and features depend on what people tell me they want.

Common questions

Asked & answered.

Will my CSV data actually stay private?

Yes. When you drop your CSV into the free dashboard, it's processed locally in your browser — no upload to any server.

Technical users can verify by opening DevTools → Network tab while dropping the file: no requests are made with the CSV contents.

The Excel template runs entirely on your computer in Excel. Neither product has a server that sees your data.

What's the difference between the free dashboard and the Excel template?

The free dashboard shows you what's happening — revenue, top products, best day, fee load.

The Excel template adds the action layer: recommended actions per product, estimated profit after fees, a tax set-aside helper, custom fee and expense settings, and reusability (paste a new CSV next month, the workbook updates).

Free is the trailer; Excel is the working tool.

Which Etsy CSV does it use?

The "Sold Orders" export. From your Etsy shop: Settings → Options → Download Data → Orders, then pick a year. You'll get a CSV with one row per order line.

Both the free dashboard and the Excel template read this same file.

Is this only for digital-product sellers?

Right now, yes — best for Etsy shops selling digital downloads, where there's no shipping or inventory math.

Some physical-product sellers find the revenue, AOV, and best-day metrics useful, but the profit calculation assumes no COGS or shipping cost.

A physical-shop variant is on the roadmap if there's interest — mention it when you join the waitlist.

When will the Web Dashboard be available?

Targeted Q3 2026.

Pricing isn't locked yet — I'd rather build the right features and price honestly than commit early. Join the waitlist on the homepage and I'll email you the day it ships with the actual price.

A connected/API-synced version may follow depending on what people tell me they want.
